2024 Film Festival

In October 2024, the Czech capital hosted the inaugural edition of Press Play Prague, the first European film festival focused exclusively on works about journalism. This unique festival – jointly organized by Prague cinema Kino Atlas and two media organizations, Deník Referendum and Project Syndicate – aimed to expose the challenges faced by, and the impact of, journalism through film.
